Beyond Season 1:

Season 2 is planned for January 2025, demonstrating Firewalk Studios' commitment to regular seasonal content releases throughout Concord's first year.

Gameplay Strategies and the Crew Builder System:

Game director Ryan Ellis emphasizes the "Crew Builder" system for team composition. Players create a Custom Crew of five Freegunners, with the ability to include up to three copies of any Freegunner Variant. This allows for strategic team building based on playstyle and match challenges.

The six Freegunner roles (Anchor, Breacher, Haunt, Ranger, Tactician, and Warden) are designed to encourage diverse team compositions. Combining different roles unlocks Crew Bonuses, enhancing mobility, weapon recoil, cooldown times, and more. Unlike traditional archetypes, each Freegunner is built for high DPS and effectiveness in direct combat.

Concord promises a fresh take on the hero shooter genre, focusing on rewarding gameplay and consistent content updates. The absence of a battle pass ensures a compelling experience from launch, while the Crew Builder system adds a strategic layer to team composition.
