Peep Demo Theater Returns

MGS Delta Peep Demo Theater Returning As Revealed by ESRB Rating

Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater (MGS Delta) has been rated M for Mature by the ESRB, confirming the inclusion of the Peep Demo Theater, a feature from the original game's Subsistence and HD Collection editions. This mode allows players to view all cutscenes featuring the female spy EVA, but uniquely, she is shown in her underwear. Players can manipulate the camera freely, zooming in on any part of her body. Unlocking this feature requires collecting all other cutscenes in the Demo Theater, which involves completing the game four times.

Given the game's narrative where players "assume the role of an elite soldier trying to stop special forces behind enemy lines," the M rating for violence and gore is expected. However, the return of what some call the "Creepy mode" has surprised many, given its controversial and sexually explicit nature.

Faster Camouflage System

In a significant gameplay improvement, MGS Delta introduces a streamlined camouflage changing system. A video shared by METAL GEAR OFFICIAL on March 28 via Twitter (X) demonstrates this new feature, allowing players to switch camouflage for faces, uniforms, and more in under three seconds. This is a substantial enhancement over the original Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, where changing camouflage was a cumbersome process that involved pausing the game, navigating through menus, and selecting the desired option, which often disrupted the game's flow, especially during stealth missions.

As the release date of MGS Delta on August 26, 2025, approaches, fans are excited about experiencing these returning features and quality-of-life improvements. The game will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
