The MyNISSAN App is crafted to enhance your vehicle experience and ownership journey. It delivers remote access, safety, personalization, vehicle insights, maintenance details, and convenience features directly from your Nissan to your compatible Android phone or Wear OS device.
The MyNISSAN App is accessible to all Nissan owners, with optimizations for vehicles from 2014 onward. All Nissan owners and vehicles can access the following MyNISSAN features:
• Manage your Nissan account and settings
• Schedule service appointments at your preferred dealer****
• Get alerts for relevant vehicle recalls or service campaigns
• Review your vehicle’s service history and maintenance plan
• Access Roadside Assistance
If you have a compatible vehicle, you can:
• Start and stop your engine remotely**, lock and unlock doors, and trigger the horn and lights
• Find, bookmark, and send points of interest to your car
• Monitor vehicle status (door locks, engine, mileage, fuel range, tire pressure, oil pressure, airbags, brakes)
• Locate your vehicle’s position
• Set up custom boundary, speed, and curfew alerts***
Trim levels featuring Google built-in** offer expanded functions, such as:
• Adjust your vehicle’s climate settings remotely
• Start your engine from a distance
• Get notified if you’ve left your car with unlocked doors, open windows, etc.
• Connect with your repair shop for live service updates
• Streamline trip planning with data-driven routing
• Receive advance alerts for upcoming vehicle maintenance
• Register up to four additional drivers under one Nissan ID account

*The NissanConnect Services telematics program was impacted by AT&T’s shutdown of its 3G cellular network. Starting February 22, 2022, all Nissan vehicles with 3G-compatible hardware are unable to connect to the 3G network and cannot use NissanConnect Services features. Customers who bought a Nissan with this hardware had to enroll in NissanConnect Services before June 1, 2021, to receive service access through February 22, 2022 (service is subject to cellular network availability and coverage limits).
