Cyberpunk 2077: A Retro Movie Concept Takes Shape

With today's advanced technology, creative concepts are easily realized by tech enthusiasts. A recent example is a fascinating retro-styled Cyberpunk 2077 movie adaptation concept.

Utilizing modern technology, various techno-enthusiasts have developed a compelling concept, this time focusing on Cyberpunk 2077.

YouTube channel Sora AI continues its innovative experiments, presenting a screen adaptation of CD Projekt RED's hit game. The concept showcases familiar characters in a style reminiscent of 1980s action films.

While some CDPR characters underwent significant transformations, their identities remain largely recognizable. The concept includes characters from both the main game and the Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty expansion.

The significant advancements in DLSS 4 technology, particularly the new Vision Transformer model, have resulted in a marked improvement in image quality for super-resolution and ray reconstruction. The enhanced frame generation, producing two or three intermediate frames instead of one, further boosts performance.

DLSS 4 performance was tested on an RTX 5080 using an updated version of Cyberpunk 2077. With path tracing enabled, the game consistently achieved over 120 frames per second at 4K resolution, showcasing the power of DLSS 4 advancements.
