Unlocking the Shero of Wakanda Achievement: A Marvel Rivals Guide

If you're diving into Marvel Rivals, you'll quickly realize that achievements aren't just for show—they’re a fantastic way to unlock exclusive cosmetic rewards while mastering the game. Among these achievements, the "Shero of Wakanda" stands out as a must-get. Here's a step-by-step guide to scoring it.

Marvel Rivals Shero of Wakanda Achievement Guide

How to Get the Birnin T’challa Map

The journey to earning the Shero of Wakanda achievement begins with playing on the Birnin T’challa map. Unfortunately, unlike other games where you can select your preferred map, Marvel Rivals doesn’t allow you to vote or choose. Instead, you’ll need to rely on the random matchmaking system. Keep queuing in Quick Play or Competitive mode until you land on Birnin T’challa.

Even when you finally play on this map, there’s no guarantee you’ll start in the Warrior Falls region. However, as long as you spawn in either Warrior Falls or the first region, you’re good to go.

Completing the Shero of Wakanda Objective

Once you’re in Warrior Falls, take a moment to look behind you. There’s a statue of Okoye tucked away in the spawn room. Walk over and interact with it. Listening to the dialogue will reward you with the Shero of Wakanda achievement.

It’s worth noting that you can interact with the statue at any point during the match, but starting the process early ensures you don’t forget mid-battle.

Tips for Success

While the steps are straightforward, achieving this milestone might take some patience. Be prepared to play several matches to land on the desired map and region. Once you do, the actual interaction is quick and easy.

That’s all there is to getting the Shero of Wakanda achievement in Marvel Rivals—happy gaming!
