Stellar Traveler: A Steampunk Space Opera Adventure on Android
Nebulajoy, the creators of Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat, have launched a new game, Stellar Traveler, blending steampunk aesthetics with space opera storytelling. Available now for free on Android, this game casts you as the captain of a team stationed on Panola, a human colony teeming with colossal mechanical creatures and untold mysteries.
Your mission: assemble a squad and confront alien threats while unraveling a captivating sci-fi narrative. Expect charming quirks, like space fishing, adding a unique layer to the gameplay. The game boasts a retro-inspired, mosaic-style galaxy reminiscent of titles such as Tree of Savior and Ragnarok.
Combat unfolds through turn-based encounters, featuring automated battles and offline progression—allowing for advancement even when offline. While combat may feel somewhat linear, the roster of over 40 heroes, each possessing unique 3D skills, adds considerable depth. Character progression involves skill unlocks, requiring grinding to reach the full five-skill potential of a six-star hero (30 levels per skill).
A standout feature is the extensive customization options for your captain, allowing adjustments to hairstyles, colors, and outfits. For a visual preview, check out the embedded video below:

Beyond combat, Stellar Traveler incorporates a distinctive fishing system. Players can collect and nurture alien fish species in an aquarium, serving both as decorative elements and squad strength enhancers. Numerous puzzles and minigames further enhance the gameplay experience.
