Where to Find Naoise Nallinto in Baldur's Gate 3
Visit Sharess' Caress in Act III:
To meet and romance Naoise, you need to progress to the early stages of Act III. As you travel towards Baldur's Gate, you'll pass through Wyrm's Crossing. Your first visit to this area will require you to meet Raphael at Sharess' Caress, a well-known brothel located on the eastern side of the bridge leading into Baldur's Gate.
If you've already explored Wyrm's Crossing, you can fast-travel to the South Span of Wyrm's Crossing, which will bring you directly to the entrance of Sharess' Caress.
Look for Nymph's Grotto:
Naoise can be found in the Nymph's Grotto, a special chamber on the second floor. After exiting to the outside area, look for a door marked by a green light and ivy on the walls. This door is locked but can be easily opened with a lock-picking roll of 10 or higher.
How to Romance Naoise Nallinto in Baldur's Gate 3
Interact with Naoise:
Upon entering the Nymph's Grotto, approach the bed where Naoise is engaged with Jara, a Flaming Heart soldier. Your interruption will not be welcomed by Jara, but as she speaks, a tadpole in her head interacts with yours. This leads to a confrontation about the Absolute, and Jara transforms into a Mindflayer, which you must defeat.
After the battle, Naoise's interest shifts to you, revealing her fascination with Mindflayers. Choose the following dialogue options to progress the romance:
- "Whoever you think I am, you're mistaken."
After Jara's defeat, select:
- "Your client is dead. I thought you'd be more upset."
An Insight check will indicate Naoise's readiness for romance. Continue with:
- "That creature aroused you, didn't it?"
Avoid judgmental responses and choose:
- "What did you have in mind?"
- "Close your eyes and listen"
The ensuing romantic encounter occurs entirely within your mind. Naoise asks you to choose 'what you will be?' with options including:
- Revered
- Contented
- Powerful
- Rich
- I think we're done here.
Selecting 'Contented' leads to a brief romance scene. Post-encounter, Naoise will express no further interest, stating that she can offer 'rapture' only once. Interestingly, this encounter does not affect relationships with other romanceable characters like Karlach, who remains unbothered.
Shadowheart will grant you the 'Carnal Rituals of Sharess' inspiration point following the encounter.
Upon successfully romancing Naoise, you'll receive the Rapture boon, providing a passive 1d6 bonus to nearly all ability checks.
