The Hand of Wisdom and Action is a unique glove that can drop from defeating Xesht, We That Are One, the pinnacle Breach boss in Path of Exile 2. To encounter Xesht, players must enter the Twisted Domain, accessible through the Realmgate on the Atlas by using a Breachstone. The Realmgate is conveniently located near the starting point on the Atlas, which you can easily find by clicking the home icon to focus the camera on this spot.
Alternatively, HoWA can be purchased on the Path of Exile 2 official trading website. However, be prepared for a hefty price tag, as even the lowest rolled HoWA can command multiple divines.
How to Get a Breachstone in PoE 2
There are two primary methods to obtain a Breachstone in PoE 2:

Unfortunately, no. The Hand of Wisdom and Action is a limited drop exclusive to Xesht, We That Are One, and does not appear on the regular loot table. Unlike items such as Astramentis, Headhunter, or Polcirkeln, you cannot use an Orb of Chance on White Furtive Wraps to attempt to obtain HoWA.
