Parallel Experiment is a mind-bending co-op puzzle thriller arriving on mobile later this year

by Adam Feb 20,2025

Parallel Experiment, a cooperative crime thriller puzzler, is slated for a Steam release this March and a mobile demo launch later in 2025. This innovative title from Eleven Puzzles challenges players to unravel the mystery surrounding a ruthless killer.

In the style of cooperative puzzlers like Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes, players assume the roles of detectives Ally and Old Dog, working together across separate locations. Communication and collaboration are key to solving the game's 80+ puzzles.

The game incorporates a retro in-game notebook for clue tracking, cooperative dialogue, and a noir comic book aesthetic. Adding a playful touch, players can even annoy each other in-game by knocking on windows or poking their partner.

ytWhat's in the box?! Cross-platform play is a key feature, enhancing the cooperative experience. While desktop players can easily communicate via platforms like Discord, mobile players will find creative ways to interact and distract each other, adding a unique dynamic to the gameplay.

Although the co-op puzzle genre is established, Parallel Experiment benefits from extensive testing to optimize the mobile experience.
