Marvel Characters Unite in Mobile Gaming Crossover Event

by Nathan Jan 01,2025

Get ready for a Marvel mashup! NetEase's popular hero shooter, Marvel Rivals, is teaming up with top Marvel mobile games – Marvel Puzzle Quest, Future Fight, and Snap – in a major crossover event kicking off January 3rd.

While details are scarce, the collaboration promises exciting new content for mobile players. This isn't NetEase's first foray into the Marvel mobile universe; Marvel Snap recently featured characters from Rivals, like Galacta and Peni Parker, highlighting the synergy between these titles.

A New Kind of Competition

Marvel Rivals, while perhaps not quite an "Overwatch killer," has undeniably achieved significant success. This crossover cleverly leverages that popularity to boost the mobile titles, a refreshing change from the usual console/PC-centric collaborations.

The crossover is especially fitting given Luna Snow's journey: debuting in Marvel Future Fight before entering the comics, she now stars in Marvel Rivals. Given NetEase's current momentum, expect a substantial collaboration!
