What is MTG Edge of Eternities?
This year, Wizards of the Coast is heavily focusing on Universes Beyond sets, starting with Final Fantasy and followed by Spider-Man and Avatar: The Last Airbender. However, Edge of Eternities takes a different path. It introduces a cosmic-themed set within the Magic universe, marking the beginning of the final arc of the Metronome storyline that kicked off with Wilds of Eldraine. While we've only seen concept art so far, the anticipation for this set is palpable.

Play Boosters are now the standard way to open packs, replacing Set Boosters and Draft Boosters. Each pack contains 15 cards, suitable for draft and sealed play. The structure includes common cards in slots 1 to 6, with card 7 being a common reprint. Uncommons fill slots 8, 9, and 10, while slot 11 holds a rare or mythic rare card. Slot 12 is a Land card, potentially foil or full art, and slot 13 is a wildcard that can be any card from the set. Slot 14 guarantees a foil card, increasing your chances of pulling chase cards. You can purchase Play Boosters singly or in a booster box.

Many cards feature enhanced frame designs, with 12 to 13 of them being foils. You can opt for individual packs or a box, though the cost is higher.

World Shaper, in Black, Red, and Green (Jund), focuses on "Sacrifice Lands" and "Grow Back Stronger." Counter Intelligence, in Blue, Red, and White (Jeskai), emphasizes "Boost Artifacts" and "Proliferate Counters."
