• Pity: Guaranteed SR every 10 pulls, guaranteed SSR every 80 pulls. The second SSR pulled (hard pity at 160 pulls) is always the rate-up character if the first SSR wasn't the featured one. Soft pity starts at the 58th pull. Pity does not carry over to other banners.
