Although the root beer is temporarily out of stock, you don’t need to buy anything to receive the in-game item.

How to Claim and Redeem the Slash of Sprecher Naginata Weapon in Assassin’s Creed Shadows

Thanks to this partnership, Assassin’s Creed fans can unlock the exclusive Naginata weapon. To obtain this in-game reward, you’ll need a code. While Sprecher’s 16oz cans feature scannable QR codes for redemption, purchasing their drinks isn’t required to claim the item.

To get the code for the Slash of Sprecher Naginata Weapon, visit the Sprecher x Assassin’s Creed Shadows website. You’ll be asked to input basic personal details so that Sprecher Brewery can send the redemption code to your email. Enter your name, email address, and phone number, and a code will arrive at the email address you provided.

Once you have the code, go to the Ubisoft Redeem website and enter it exactly as shown in your email. Click the red “Submit” button to proceed. If you aren’t logged into your Ubisoft account yet, you’ll be prompted to do so. You can log in via email and password or through a connected platform account.

After successfully redeeming your code and logging into your Ubisoft account, you’ll receive a notification confirming that the Slash of Sprecher Naginata weapon is yours. The weapon will be available for use once Assassin’s Creed Shadows releases on March 20th.
