Exploit in Genshin Impact Enables Devastating Boss Damage

As Genshin Impact players eagerly await the 5.4 update scheduled for release in a week, the current version presents an unexpected advantage: an exploit that allows players to effortlessly defeat even the toughest bosses with massive health pools. Interestingly, this exploit leverages the Hydro Traveler, a character often underestimated and considered one of the weakest in terms of DPS (damage per second).

The mechanics of this exploit are straightforward, though the underlying code remains a mystery to non-programmers. The key components are the Hydro Traveler's Elemental Burst and the Xiao Lanterns, which players can gather during the Lantern Rite Festival. Here's how it works: strategically place a specific number of Xiao Lanterns around a boss, then activate the Hydro Traveler's Elemental Burst. The result is a dramatic reduction in the boss's health bar.

This phenomenon occurs because the Elemental Burst triggers additional AoE (Area of Effect) damage when it interacts with objects. With a hundred lanterns in play, the damage can soar into the millions, making boss fights a breeze.

It's almost certain that this exploit will be addressed and nerfed in future updates. However, for now, Genshin Impact offers players a golden window to conquer challenging boss fights with minimal effort.
