How to Find All Side Stories in Split Fiction
From Chapter 2 to Chapter 5, you'll encounter a total of 12 Side Stories, with three hidden in each chapter. Here's how to find them all:
Legend of the Sandfish – Your journey into Side Stories begins naturally in Chapter 2 after completing the Rush Hour section. You can't miss it.
Farmlife – Also in Chapter 2, within the Streets of Neon section, you'll find this Side Story. Look for it after you hop over a small barrier, but before you take the elevators on the left.
Mountain Hike – The final Side Story in Chapter 2 is in the Big City Life section. Once you reach the Port-A-Pottys, have Mio enter one, then use Zoe to throw her over to a ledge opposite them where there's a small ladder. Have Mio drop the ladder to access the story.
Train Heist – In Chapter 3's Lord Evergreen section, while navigating water with a plank of wood, you'll find this Side Story on a ledge that requires Mio and Zoe to wall run to reach.
Gameshow – Found in the Walking Sticks of Doom section of Chapter 3, this Side Story awaits on a platform you'll reach after some minor platforming following a side-scrolling sequence.
Collapsing Star – The last Side Story in Chapter 3 is located in the Halls of Ice section. It's part of the main path, making it impossible to miss.
Kites – In Chapter 4's Toxic Tumblers section, you'll find this Side Story at the end of a long tube.
Moon Market – In the Test Chamber section of Chapter 4, after opening the door following the crane sequence, look for it on a ledge to the left that requires some platforming to reach.
Notebook – The final Side Story in Chapter 4 can be found in the Soaring Desperados section. Once you have the jetpack, avoid the giant wheel and hover over to the left side of the room where the story awaits.
Slopes of War – Chapter 5's first Side Story is in the Water Temple section. After hatching your dragons, solve the lever puzzle on the left, past the golden balls, to unlock this story.
Space Escape – In the Craft Temple section of Chapter 5, after defeating the dragon, launch Mio to a ledge using her glide and Zoe’s roll, then have Mio drop a column for Zoe to climb to reach this Side Story.
Birthday Cake – The final Side Story of *Split Fiction* is in Chapter 5’s Treasure Temple section. Complete the soul puzzle, and you'll find it on your left.
Upon completing all 12 Side Stories, the Bookworms achievement in *Split Fiction* will be yours.
