  • Super Evil Megacorp has released a new environments trailer for Blood Line
  • This Rebel Moon spin-off features graphics built with their proprietary Evil Engine
  • The latest trailer showcases stunning in-game environments

Whether you love or hate Zack Snyder's Rebel Moon, one thing is undeniable: its visually stunning palette. By blending practical and digital effects, Rebel Moon delivers a feast for the eyes, and Super Evil Megacorp aims to replicate that experience with their mobile adaptation, Blood Line: A Rebel Moon Game.

Now you can see firsthand how Blood Line is shaping up, as SEM has unveiled a new trailer highlighting the game's environments. Built using the proprietary Evil Engine, the game features diverse locales—from dusty deserts and lush, fire-ravaged temples to shadowy rebel bases—all waiting to be explored.

Blood Line combines Diablo-style action with the original Helldivers' top-down shooting and slashing gameplay. You'll join rebels on the planet Krypt, resisting the oppressive Motherworld through sabotage, stealth, and straightforward combat.

Having gone hands-on with Blood Line, I believe it has tremendous potential. The large scale and top-down view strike a balance between mobile optimization and the over-the-top action Snyder's work is known for.

With the Rebel Moon film series currently on hold, Super Evil Megacorp has an opportunity to reignite interest in the universe. Given their track record and the gameplay and visuals we've seen, Blood Line could make a significant impact at launch.

However, we're still some time away from Blood Line's release. If you're looking for something to play in the meantime, check out our list of the top five new mobile games to try this week!
