Customers can register via the app or with assistance from UNO Minda representatives, subject to approval by the UNO Minda team as per the T&Cs. Enrollment is only complete once approval is granted.
The app is available to all successfully enrolled UNO Minda customers—mechanics, retailers, and end consumers—who can then access benefits tailored to their customer category.
Retailers:
Retailers can submit 'Retailer Loyalty Coupons,' view the E-Catalog, register mechanics, redeem mechanic points on their behalf, and place orders using the UNO Star app.
Mechanics:
It provides loyalty benefits to mechanics, allowing them to redeem coupon points on selected UNO Minda products featuring the UNO Star coupon, and also access the E-Catalog.
Consumers:
Consumers can browse the E-Catalog through the app to learn about UNO Minda products and search for vehicle spare parts by type and OEM category.
