This app lets you experience and understand the fascinating Stroop Effect. It highlights the conflict between visual color perception (fast) and cognitive processing of color words (slower).

The Stroop test challenges your brain's processing speed. Neuroscience shows that eye signals reach the brain faster than rational thought. Under time pressure, this difference creates an impulse to choose incorrectly, demanding focused concentration and quick thinking for accurate responses and faster completion times.

How to Play:

1. Choose one of two modes: "Get Meaning, Put Color" (default) or "Get Color, Put Meaning".
2. Answer questions by clicking the appropriate colored button.
3. Aim for as many correct answers as possible.
4. Once you master accuracy, focus on improving your speed.
