Passengers must present their electronic travel ticket on their mobile device to transport inspectors or drivers for fare verification.
Electronic tickets remain valid until reaching the final destination and can be accessed in the "Valid Tickets" section. Previous travel history is available in the "Travel Details" section.

Common reasons for payment failures from mobile balance:
- Corporate phone numbers
- Outstanding trust payments
- No balance top-ups since number activation

- SIM card replacement within 24 hours before payment
Passengers can freely create virtual transport cards through the application. Self-service registration is available for standard and student virtual transit cards. Other preferential card types require in-person verification at company offices with supporting documentation.
Virtual transport cards can be recharged using card numbers directly within this mobile application or through third-party platforms including Kaspi Bank, Halyk Bank (homebank), and similar services.
Required system permissions:
1) Camera - Enables QR code scanning functionality
2) Location - Powers accurate city mapping, automatic bus detection for simplified fare payment (matching passenger and bus GPS coordinates), and route planning from current location to destination. Users can input destinations via map interface or text addresses. Our routing algorithm includes transfer options.
