Wuthering Waves has just rolled out phase two of its version 1.4 update with the continuation of "When the Night Knocks," bringing a plethora of exciting in-game events and exclusive rewards. While there aren't any major gameplay overhauls, the new content is packed with special events and boosted drop rates, so let's dive right into what's on offer!
First up, the "When Thunder Pours" event, running from December 12th to January 1st, features the five-star resonator Yinlin, alongside four-star resonators Lumi Baizhi and Yuanwu. Yinlin is exclusive to this event, so make sure to grab him before the event concludes.
Following closely, "Celestial Revelation," also spanning from December 12th to January 1st, will boost the drop rates for five-star resonator Xiangli Yao, and four-star resonators Lumi Baizhi and Yuanwu. Xiangli is another exclusive character, available only during this event, so don't miss your chance!
For those looking to upgrade their arsenal, the "Stringmaster" and "Verity's Handle" events, both running from December 12th to January 1st, will feature the five-star weapons Stringmaster and Verity's Handle. These weapons are exclusive to their respective events, so seize the opportunity while you can. Additionally, "Waning Redshift," "Jinzhou Keeper," and "Hollow Mirage" will have boosted drop rates, ensuring a guaranteed pull of the featured weapon if you're aiming for a five-star.
The festive period will also see a range of Pioneer Association events, Featured Combat events, Recurring Combat events, and Limited-time Material Drop events, all scheduled to run at various times before wrapping up in January. While these events may not have a specific holiday theme, they offer plenty of reasons for Wuthering Waves enthusiasts to celebrate.
