WoW 11.1 Adds Vast New Lands Beyond Undermine

World of Warcraft Patch 11.1, "Undermined," expands beyond its namesake zone, introducing several new subzones. Key additions include Gutterville and Kaja'Coast, significantly enriching the gameplay experience.

Key Features of WoW Patch 11.1:

  • Undermine: A sprawling subterranean Goblin city, the central focus of the patch, filled with impressive architecture and ingenious contraptions. Features Slam Central Station as a major hub with multiple access points.
  • Gutterville: Situated in the Ringing Deeps, this subzone likely serves as an entrance to Undermine. Its maroon coloration hints at corruption by Black Blood, and it houses Excavation Site 9, one of the new Delves.
  • Kaja'Coast: A new Goblin encampment in Zuldazar, near Bilgewater Bonanza. This location is strongly suspected to provide another access point to Undermine, possibly linked to the tram system showcased in the initial announcement.

Exploring New Locations:

While the official release is anticipated for mid-to-late February, players can expect early access via the Public Test Realm (PTR) in early January. The PTR will allow for exploration of Undermine, Gutterville, and Kaja’Coast ahead of the full launch. The map of Undermine reveals Slam Central Station with five apparent access points, suggesting the possibility of three additional, yet-to-be-discovered, Goblin-themed locations within the update.

The addition of these subzones significantly broadens the scope of Patch 11.1, promising a substantial and engaging expansion to the World of Warcraft universe.
