Wingspan goes mobile in Asia this month

- The Asia Expansion launches on June 16th - Duet Mode introduces innovative two-player mechanics - New avian species, bonus cards, and scenic backgrounds enhance immersion

Initially revealed in February, Wingspan: Asia Expansion prepares for its digital release this month across iOS, Android, PC, Switch, and consoles. Developed by Monster Couch, this third digital expansion introduces an entirely new geographic region to the acclaimed strategy game, complete with fresh gameplay systems, exotic bird species, and vibrant Asian wildlife representation.

Redefining Two-Player Dynamics

The standout feature of Wingspan's Asia Expansion is Duet Mode – an inventive competitive format redesigned specifically for two players. Participants compete on a dedicated Duet Map, strategically placing tokens to secure habitat spaces while pursuing unique round objectives. The revised gameplay mechanics encourage deeper player interaction and more precise tactical planning.

Avian Additions and Strategic Depth

The expansion introduces numerous winged additions to your collection, each boasting distinctive abilities and regional characteristics. These Asian birds provide novel scoring opportunities alongside delightful educational details about their real-world counterparts. Thirteen fresh bonus cards expand strategic possibilities, including two designed specifically for Automa solo play.

Immersive Presentation

Wingspan: Asia Expansion maintains the franchise's signature tranquil aesthetic with four region-specific backgrounds, eight new player avatars, and four original musical compositions by Pawel Górniak. These artistic elements combine to create a deeply atmospheric gaming experience that transports players to Eastern habitats.
