Warpath's Naval Warfare Gets a Major Overhaul
Lilith Games' strategy MMO, Warpath, is expanding its military simulation with a significant update focusing on naval combat. Initially introduced in the Tides of War update, the naval aspect has undergone a complete overhaul, introducing a new Naval Force system.
The update addresses previous criticisms regarding the lackluster initial implementation. Now boasting 100 ships based on real-world vessels, the game features refined attack and defense statistics. Ships can now attack while moving, and animations and controls have been streamlined for improved user experience. However, slower ship movement adds a strategic layer, making reinforcements slower and engagements more impactful, requiring careful command decisions.
Return to Glory and Generous Rewards
Returning players have a compelling reason to rejoin the fray. The "Return to Glory" and "Prime Buff" events offer substantial resources and power-ups. New characters can inherit 50% of the gold and VIP points from previous accounts. These events, along with the "Operation Regroup" event (offering over $50 worth of rewards) and the "Tide of Honor" sign-in event (providing naval offers and upgrade resources), are available until January 19th.
