World of Warcraft Has Good News for Players Who Forgot to Spend Their Anniversary Event Currency

World of Warcraft's Patch 11.1 will automatically convert leftover Bronze Celebration Tokens into Timewarped Badges. This conversion, at a rate of 1 Bronze Celebration Token to 20 Timewarped Badges, will occur upon players' first login after the patch's release.

The 20th-anniversary event, concluding on January 7th, allowed players to accumulate Bronze Celebration Tokens used for purchasing various items, including revamped Tier 2 sets. Any remaining tokens will be automatically converted to prevent wasted currency. Blizzard confirmed these tokens will not be used in future events.

This automatic conversion is a convenience for players who didn't spend all their tokens. While Patch 11.1 lacks an official release date, February 25th is a strong possibility, aligning with Blizzard's recent release schedule and following the conclusion of the Plunderstorm and Turbulent Timeways events.

Consequently, the conversion will likely occur after the Turbulent Timeways event concludes. Timewarped Badges, obtained through this conversion, can be used in Timewalking events, with all associated rewards remaining permanently accessible.
