In Ivy Road and Annapurna Interactive's Wanderstop, players take on the role of Alta, a weary fighter who seeks solace and recovery by managing a charming tea shop nestled in a magical forest. As you navigate through the game, you'll encounter various customers with unique requests, including some who crave coffee—a beverage not initially available at your shop. Here’s a detailed guide on how to unlock and brew coffee in Wanderstop.
Which Customers Want Coffee in Wanderstop?

In the fourth cycle of Wanderstop, a stunning humanoid bird visits your shop seeking a refined cup of tea. Following her, a group of businessmen named Jerry, Larry, and Terry arrive, each dressed in suits and carrying briefcases. They're en route to a boardroom for a presentation but find themselves at your tea shop instead.
Despite Alta's attempt to redirect them, they insist on staying, as they only drink coffee. Initially, it seems impossible to cater to their needs since, as Boro, the tea shop's owner, explains, coffee beans don't grow in this forest.
The situation shifts with the arrival of Zenith, an interdimensional figure fascinated by the businessmen. Unlike them, Zenith accepts Alta's offer of tea and, intrigued by the concept of brewing ingredients with hot water, paves the way for a new development.

How to Unlock Coffee Beans in Wanderstop

To unlock coffee beans, you need to brew a special tea for Zenith. This tea can include unconventional items such as a book, a trinket, a pot, a mug, a small potted plant, or a photograph. After tasting this unique blend, Zenith, curious about the difference between tea and coffee, learns from Alta that coffee requires beans.
Inspired, Zenith uses the Infinite Path to introduce coffee beans to the forest. These beans begin to grow in the clearing, and detailed instructions for harvesting and brewing them are added to Alta’s Field Guide.
How to Harvest and Brew Coffee in Wanderstop
Once Zenith has summoned them, coffee beans will appear and respawn randomly in the clearing. Harvest them similarly to how you collect fruits and seeds or pick up objects. You can store them in your ingredients pocket, carry one at a time, or place them on shelves, tables, floors, or the ground outside.
Before brewing, coffee beans must be cleaned. Use the dishwasher to remove the dirt, and wait for them to be delivered by the dish trains to the tea room.
To brew coffee, pour water into the tea maker and heat it if required by the order. Use one coffee bean per brew, though additional beans or other ingredients can be included based on customer preferences. After brewing, kick the gear to pour the coffee into the kettle below, then decant it into mugs for serving.
Offering coffee not only satisfies the businessmen but also delights Zenith and provides a new beverage option for other customers. Even Boro is willing to give it a try, though he admits it's not his favorite.
That’s how you unlock, harvest, and brew coffee in Wanderstop.
