Pokémon GO Tour: Unova and City Safari Events Announced!
Get ready, Pokémon GO Trainers! Two exciting events are on the horizon: Pokémon GO Tour: Unova and Pokémon GO City Safari.
Pokémon GO Tour: Unova – February 2025
This in-person event, inspired by Pokémon Black, White, Black 2, and White 2, will take place in Los Angeles (Rose Bowl Stadium) and New Taipei City (Metropolitan Park) from February 21st to 23rd, 2025.
Trainers can explore themed habitats (Winter Caverns, Spring Soiree, Summer Vacations, Autumn Masquerade) featuring Unova Pokémon. Shiny Deerling variants will appear depending on the habitat and time of day. Shiny Meloetta awaits in Masterwork Research, with other shiny Pokémon like Sigilyph and Bouffalant available through hatching. Shiny Pikachu with unique hats can be found via Field Research.
Legendary Pokémon Reshiram and Zekrom will be Five-Star Raid bosses. Druddigon (Three-Star Raids) and Snivy, Tepig, and Oshawott (One-Star Raids) will also appear, all with increased shiny rates.
Tickets are available now at a discounted price: $25 USD (Los Angeles) and $630 NT (New Taipei). Add-on tickets offer extra bonuses. The event runs from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time (PST and GMT+8 respectively). Booths and team lounges will provide merchandise and relaxation areas.
A global event, Pokémon GO Tour: Unova – Global, will run March 1st-2nd for free.
Pokémon GO City Safari – December 2024
Get ready for another adventure! Pokémon GO City Safari will launch in Hong Kong and São Paulo from December 7th-8th, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time. Join Professor Willow and Eevee to solve a Pokémon mystery!
Ticket holders will receive an Eevee with an explorer hat. Evolving this Eevee retains the hat. The "Eevee Explorers Expedition" lets you earn a second hatted Eevee.
Special Pokémon like Galarian Slowpoke, Unown P, and Clamperl will appear. Oricorio (Pom-Pom and Sensu Styles), Swablu, and Skiddo will hatch from eggs. Location-specific Pokémon will also be available. Maps will be provided, and Pikachu or Eevee visors will be distributed (while supplies last).
Tickets cost R$45 (São Paulo) and $10 USD (Hong Kong). Add-on tickets provide additional items and increased shiny encounter chances.
