After the latest update on March 10 in *Fields of Mistria*, you can now progress to the Fire Seal by clearing the preceding altars. To unlock this seal, you need to gather four specific items: a Faceted Rock Gem, Rockroot, Emerald, and a Sealing Scroll. Below, you'll find detailed instructions on how to acquire each item and successfully unlock the Fire Seal.

The Faceted Rock Gem is a rare artifact located within the mines of Fields of Mistria. Ensure you're playing the updated version of the game and navigate to Floors 50-59. We discovered the gem on Floor 56 after some diligent digging. Like other artifacts, you can unearth it from designated spots using either a pickaxe or shovel. Be prepared to spend time searching, as this gem is not easy to find.

Rockroot is a common forageable item found between Floors 50-59 in the mines. If you're a regular miner, you might already have it in your inventory. Look out for a dark, root-like plant, as shown in the image. Only one piece is required for the Priestess' altar.
Where to Find Emerald in Fields of Mistria

Emeralds are the easiest items to obtain for the Fire Seal. You can find Emerald geodes in the same mining range of Floors 50-59. They're quite common, so if you haven't stored any, you should be able to gather them quickly. Alternatively, break large boulders around Mistria or purchase them from Balor's Wagon for just 200 tesserae. If you've unlocked the Stone Refinery with the March 2025 update, crafting them is another option.
How to Get the Sealing Scroll in Fields of Mistria

The Sealing Scroll, the final item needed to unlock the Fire Seal, is part of a quest that starts after you discover the seal and speak with Juniper. You'll then need to involve Balor to obtain the scroll, but it comes at a cost. To acquire the Sealing Scroll, you must provide:
- 10 Silver Ingots
- 10 Rubies
- 10 Sapphires
- 10 Emeralds
If you're short on these materials, you can find them in the mines. Once collected, deposit them in the bin next to Balor's Wagon.
Unlocking the Fire Seal
With the Sealing Scroll, Faceted Rock Gem, Emerald, and Rockroot in your inventory, return to Floor 60 of the mines to make your offering. This will unlock the Fire Seal, revealing a new biome and further content during the Early Access phase.
