How The Terminator Event Works
Similar to the Archie's Festival Frenzy event, The Terminator event requires collecting Skulls. Unlike XP-based events, you earn Skulls through eliminations in Multiplayer and Zombies, or by opening caches in Warzone. These Skulls must be physically collected from the ground after they spawn. The number of Skulls earned isn't consistent; it's somewhat random, so keep an eye out after each elimination or cache opening. Listen for a unique sound cue indicating a Skull spawn.
Fast Skull Farming Strategies
Consistent Skull drops are unpredictable, so maximizing your chances is key. Here's how to farm Skulls efficiently in each game mode:
- Black Ops 6 Multiplayer: Play Kill Confirmed, preferably on smaller maps like Nuketown.
- Black Ops 6 Zombies: Utilize the Rampage Inducer to efficiently farm zombie kills.
- Warzone: Open as many chests as possible in Resurgence mode; Solos is recommended.
Our testing suggests round-based Zombies with the Rampage Inducer (especially early rounds, before Round 6) yields the most Skulls per minute. Resurgence in Warzone is a strong second, but cache availability decreases as the match progresses. Conversely, Zombie spawns increase with each round.
For optimal Skull farming, focus on early rounds in Liberty Falls or The Tomb. GobbleGums like Hidden Power, Crate Power, or Wall Power can significantly boost your early-game kill rate. However, Skull spawn rates appear to decrease after around 10 Skulls per match and are generally inconsistent.
