Unlock the Secrets of Avowed's Hidden Map

Uncovering the Practical Pockets Map treasure in Avowed is surprisingly straightforward, once you have the map from The Gifted Magpie shop. This guide provides clear directions to locate this hidden chest.

The treasure's location, as shown on the map above, is northeast of the Ranger Headquarters in Emerald Stair.

Begin by fast traveling to the Rolling Crags Beacon. Turn right and proceed directly forward, keeping the Ranger Headquarters to your right. Continuously monitor your map to ensure you maintain a course towards the marker. You'll reach a cliff edge with a slight drop-off. Careful navigation is key here to avoid unexpected encounters.

Upon reaching the designated spot, look down to spot the glowing orange Practical Pockets treasure chest. Inside awaits the Hjilde’s Handy Hide, a unique piece of light armor. This armor provides the following benefits:

• Damage Reduction: 10%
• Additional Damage Reduction: 22
• Maximum Stamina: -20
• Maximum Essence: -20
• All Seasons ability: -10% incoming Fire, Frost, and Shock Damage
• Survivor ability: +40 Maximum Health
