Tom Henderson: next week, we will learn the Elden Ring: Nightreign release date

Elden Ring: Nightreign – Major Updates Incoming Next Week!

Reputable gaming journalist Tom Henderson has dropped some significant news regarding Elden Ring: Nightreign. According to a source close to FromSoftware, a major announcement is slated for next Wednesday. This announcement is expected to include the official release date for Nightreign, as well as potentially some early gameplay previews from the gaming press.

Henderson's reporting suggests a late May release date is the current target (Plan A) for FromSoftware. The timing of the February 12th announcement is strategic. It coincides with the potential announcement of a new State of Play presentation, and also precedes a closed beta test scheduled for February 14th-17th. By releasing information ahead of the beta, FromSoftware aims to control the narrative and manage the flow of information about the game.
