The Whirling Runekey drops from rare spawn Ksvir the Forgotten in the Forgotten Vault's southern chamber during storms.

The Torrential Runekey requires gathering seven Torrential Fragments from any enemies during storm phases.

The Thunderous Runekey is crafted from five Thunderous Fragments found in island chests.

The Cyclonic Runekey comes from fishing during storms or defeating Zek'ul the Shipbreaker.

The Turbulent Runekey needs three fragments found at these ghost locations:

• Behind the abandoned inn's garden
• Inside Rotting Hole cave
