Though New Guy in Town has fallen, Old Detroit's streets remain plagued by lawlessness. A beacon of hope appears with OCP's OmniTower project – a revolutionary residential complex designed to uplift citizens.

Everything changes when elite mercenaries equipped with next-gen weaponry storm OmniTower, transforming it into an armored stronghold. Their mission: cripple societal stability. Only RoboCop stands between these criminals and chaos.
