While stated before the show's release, it bears repeating: The first season of Peacemaker (excluding the Zack Snyder's Justice League cameo) remains canon. John Economos, Amanda Waller's sidekick, and an ARGUS agent, references events from Peacemaker. Peacemaker himself also makes an appearance. Additionally, The Suicide Squad's canonicity is established in the first episode.
Themyscira, Bloodhaven, Star City, Gotham, and Metropolis

The witch Cerci hails from Themyscira, Wonder Woman's home. Dr. Phosphorus operated in Gotham before his capture by Batman.  The Galaxy Broadcasting System (GBS), a Metropolis-based news organization, employed Clark Kent and Lois Lane. Dr. Phosphorus's wife is from Bialia, home to the villainous Queen Bee, and the Scarab that empowered Blue Beetle.

A soldier mentions serving with Rick Flag Sr. in Jharkhanpur, the home of the villain Ram Khan (seen in Justice League of America comics). Bloodhaven, Nightwing's hometown, is mentioned, and Mermaid's origins are revealed, placing her in Star City, Green Arrow's home.
Sgt. Rock and Easy Company

Episode 3 reveals G.I. Robot's WWII service alongside Sgt. Rock and Easy Company. Sgt. Rock, DC's popular non-superhero, debuted in the 1959 comic Our Army at War and frequently appears in DC multiverse stories. Daniel Craig is rumored for a film portrayal, with Maury Sterling voicing him in the show.
Dr. Will Magnus

Episode 4's apocalyptic vision shown to Amanda Waller by Cerci features numerous cameos. James Gunn confirmed some appearances, while others were added by the animators and interpreted by fans. These include Wonder Woman, Hawkgirl, Supergirl, Booster Gold, Robin (Damien Wayne), Peacemaker, Batman, Vigilante, Judo Master, Metamorpho, Superman, Starfire, Green Lantern (Guy Gardner), Mr. Terrific, and Gorilla Grodd.
