Pokémon Go is bringing Dynamax versions of Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres in the Legendary Flight event

Get ready for the Legendary Flight event in Pokémon Go! Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres are making their Dynamax debuts.

From January 20th to February 3rd, these legendary bird Pokémon will appear in their Dynamax forms during Max Battles. Each bird will dominate Max Battles at all PokéStops for one day each week:

  • January 20th: Dynamax Articuno
  • January 27th: Dynamax Zapdos
  • February 3rd: Dynamax Moltres

Following their initial appearance, these Dynamax Pokémon will continue to appear in Max Battles at select PokéStops for a week.

These five-star Max Battles offer a chance to catch these powerful Pokémon, and even their Shiny variants! Remember, their appearances are time-limited, so plan your battles strategically.

The Max Battle roster also includes other Pokémon:

  • January 20th - 27th: Charmander, Beldum, and Scorbunny
  • January 27th - February 3rd: Bulbasaur, Cryogonal, and Grookey
  • February: Squirtle, Krabby, and Sobble
