Need a good night's sleep? Pokémon Sleep's "Good Sleep Day" event might be just what you need! This special three-day event, held monthly on the full moon, offers boosted Drowsy Power to accelerate your Pokémon sleep research. Running from March 13th to the 16th, this event applies to all areas and increases your chances of discovering new Pokémon sleep styles.

The full moon itself (Day 2) brings extra rewards: Drowsy Power ×2, Helper Pokémon Sleep EXP ×3, and a bonus 1,000 sleep points. Days 1 and 3 offer Drowsy Power ×1.5, Helper Pokémon Sleep EXP ×2, and a bonus 500 sleep points.

Throughout the event, Clefairy, Clefable, and Cleffa will appear more frequently, providing extra opportunities to add them to your research.
