The Afternoon-Tea Set is a craftable Food item in Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp. However, it's not immediately available in your crafting catalog because it's a special request item, unlocked by reaching friendship level 10/15 with a specific animal. Here's how to unlock it.

What Level to Unlock Sandy
Before crafting the Afternoon-Tea Set, you need to unlock Sandy. This happens between levels 20 and 29. You unlock two animals per level in this range, so Sandy could appear as early as level 20 or as late as level 29.
Once you meet Sandy, complete her requests and interact with her when she's on the map. To invite her to your campsite, you'll need to reach friendship level 5. You'll also need to craft the following furniture:

How to Level Up Sandy Quickly
After inviting Sandy to your campsite, increase her friendship level to 15 to unlock her special request. The fastest way is using Bronze, Silver, or Gold Treats; one Gold Treat provides 25 friendship points. Alternatively, give her Cool-themed snacks:
- Chocolate Bar
- Tasty Chocolate Bars
- Gourmet Chocolate Bars
You can also raise friendship by talking to Sandy and selecting red dialogue options (e.g., "Tell me a story!", "Need some help?"). Changing her outfit also grants points, but only if "Change outfit!" is highlighted in red.
If you run out of requests, use a Request Card for more tasks (this only works if she's not at your campsite). If you can't find Sandy, use a Calling Card to summon her.
