S Rank

Jetragon reigns supreme, a versatile dragon and arguably the game's best mount. Its devastating Fire Ball and Beam Comet abilities make it a formidable combatant. Found at the Beach of Everlasting Summer (Level 60), prepare for a challenging encounter; bring Ice-element Pals and boost your Heat Resistance to Level 2.

Bellanoir Libero, a Dark-element Pal, is a powerful fighter, though not mountable. Its Siren of the Void passive ability significantly enhances its Dark and Ice attacks, proving invaluable against dragon-type foes. However, acquiring it requires summoning via the Summoning Altar.

Paladius and Necromus, twin boss Pals, are the fastest ground mounts available. Paladius (Neutral element) excels against dragons, while Necromus (Dark element) shines against other enemies. Their potent attacks inflict massive damage, but their base-working capabilities are limited.

Anubis, obtainable relatively early, is a top-tier worker and fighter (though unmountable). Bred from Penking and Bushi, or found as a world boss, its impressive attack power makes it a valuable asset. Its Handiwork Level 4 further boosts its base utility.

Jormuntide Ignis, found in No. 2 Wildlife Sanctuary, is a remarkable combat Pal. Its Stormbringer Lava Dragon passive ability boosts both rider and Pal, complementing its powerful Fire, Electric, and Dragon-type moves. Primarily a combat Pal, its Level 4 Kindling allows for cooking and ore refining.

Frostallion, an Ice-type Pal, is a strong combatant and mount, found at Level 50 in the Land of Absolute Zero. Facing the world boss there requires Fire-type Pals (Jormuntide Ignis is ideal) and Cold Resistance Level 3.

Lyleen Noct, a Dark-element Pal from the Land of Absolute Zero, serves best as a healer. Its Goddess of the Tranquil Light passive ability restores HP, while its Ice and Dark moves are effective against many bosses. Best suited for medicine production.

Blazamut Ryu, a Raid Boss summoned via the Summoning Altar, requires four Blazamut Ryu Slab Fragments from challenging Sakurajima Island Dungeons. While mountable, it’s best used in combat or for mining/ore refining (Level 4 Kindling and Mining).
