NetEase Announces the EOS of Dead by Daylight Mobile

NetEase's popular mobile horror game, Dead by Daylight Mobile, is officially ending its service. After a four-year run on Android, the game will be shutting down. This news comes as a surprise to many fans of the 4v1 asymmetrical horror-survival title, a mobile adaptation of Behaviour Interactive's successful PC and console game. While the mobile version is closing, the original PC and console versions will remain operational.

Dead by Daylight Mobile offered players the thrill of playing as either a Killer, sacrificing Survivors to The Entity, or as a Survivor, desperately trying to evade capture.

Dead by Daylight Mobile's End of Service (EOS) Date:

The official EOS date for Dead by Daylight Mobile is March 20th, 2025. The game will be removed from app stores on January 16th, 2025. Players who already have the game installed can continue playing until the final shutdown date.

Refunds:

NetEase will process refunds according to regional laws. Further details regarding the refund process will be released on January 16th, 2025.

Transition to PC/Console:

Players wishing to continue their Dead by Daylight experience can transition to the PC or console versions. A welcome package awaits those who make the switch, and loyalty rewards will be offered to those who have spent money or accumulated XP in the mobile game.

In short, grab your last chance to play Dead by Daylight Mobile before it's gone for good! Download it from the Google Play Store before January 16th, 2025, if you haven't already.
