Navigate Shifting Tombs to Alter Desert

RuneScape has just released an exciting Dev’s Diary for April, detailing the latest update, Return to the Desert: Pharaoh’s Folly. This thrilling new quest is available from today until April 28th. Players will need to navigate the treacherous Shifting Tombs and work alongside Leela and Ozan to alter the fate of the desert.

The Full Scoop on Pharaoh’s Folly in RuneScape

The situation in the Kharidian desert is escalating, with Menaphos descending into chaos. Osman's shocking betrayal has left the city in turmoil, causing a deep divide among the people. With Amascut’s sinister influence lurking in the shadows, the future looks bleak. Surviving the Shifting Tombs is just the beginning of the challenges that await.

You won’t be facing these trials alone. Leela is back in action, and you'll be joined by new allies, including some adorable pets. Together, you'll delve into the ancient secrets of Menaphos and uncover the true intentions behind Osman’s actions.

Heading Back into the Heat Again

Completing Pharaoh’s Folly comes with some impressive rewards. Players can earn Thieving and Agility XP, the prestigious title "The Rabble-Rouser," and a new bracelet called Leela’s Favour. This bracelet allows teleportation to all districts of Menaphos, the Sophanem slayer dungeon, the shifting tombs, and all active soul obelisks.

The Return to the Desert: Pharaoh’s Folly quest is not for the faint-hearted. Participants need a Slayer level of 87, must have completed the first quest Beneath Scabaras’ Sands, and fulfilled various requirements from the Do No Evil quest within Phite Club. Additionally, players must construct the necessary structures from the Fort Forinthry storyline. Once these criteria are met, you can meet Leela outside the gates of Menaphos and attempt to save the city from its brink. If you're ready for the challenge, download the game from the Google Play Store and embark on your Return to the Desert adventure!
