Sandy's primary attack involves wide-area sand bullets that, while lacking in raw damage, are compensated for by his Super, Sandstorm. This nine-second sandstorm obscures allies within its radius, making Sandy invaluable for turning the tide of battle.

Sweet Dreams, Sandy's optimal gadget, puts opponents to sleep for a second (unless they take damage). Use it strategically with full ammo, near allies and an enemy, for coordinated takedowns. It's also effective defensively, buying you escape time.

Rude Star, Sandy's best Star Power, enhances Sandstorm by adding damage to enemies within its radius. Use it when surrounded by both allies and enemies for a potent team assault. Remember, Rude Star cancels the Sweet Dreams stun.

For Gears, Exhausting Storm (reducing enemy damage within Sandstorm by 20%) and Damage (boosting Sandy's attack by 50% below half health) provide excellent synergy.
