Marvel Rivals released trailers for the Human Torch, the Thing and the new map

This week is huge for hero shooters! Overwatch 2 just dropped Season 15, Marvel Rivals is on the cusp of its Season 1 second half (launching in just two days!), and even Team Fortress 2 received a Source SDK code update. But let's focus on the newest contender: Marvel Rivals.

Developers have unveiled gameplay footage showcasing the Fantastic Four's final two members: the Human Torch and the Thing, arriving this Friday, February 21st.

The Human Torch (Johnny Storm), a Duelist class character, boasts impressive abilities. He can fly, unleash fiery projectiles, encircle foes with a blazing barrier, and even summon devastating fire tornadoes.

The Thing (Benjamin J. Grimm), a Defender class character, offers a different play style. He can hurl teammates short distances and launch enemies skyward with a powerful ground slam.

A brief teaser at the video's end also revealed a new map: Central Park.

Get ready! This major update drops this Friday.
