What are Luma Eggs?

Initially appearing as Mysterious Eggs, Luma Eggs are collectible items found across Luma Island. Incubating these eggs reveals Lumas, helpful creatures that enhance your farm and adventures. The type of Luma hatched is random, adding an element of surprise to your collection.

Locating Luma Eggs

Luma Eggs are primarily found in two locations: the island's Ruins and behind Shrine doors. Each Ruin and Shrine within a specific area contains a single Luma Egg. The number of eggs per area increases as you progress:

Ruin eggs are located deep within each Ruin's chambers. Shrine eggs require Tepid Offering Crystals to unlock the doors, with crystals often hidden in challenging locations.

Hatching Luma Eggs

Once acquired, hatch your Mysterious Eggs using a Luma Incubator. The incubator blueprint is purchased from Balthazar's shop for 500 coins. Crafting requires:

Combine Luma Life (crafted using various island essences) with a Mysterious Egg in the incubator to hatch your Luma. Unhatched Lumas appear as "Mysterious Creature" until hatched. After hatching, pet your Luma to foster a bond and unlock its helpful abilities.
