In *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*, the wedding between Lord Semine and Agnes hits a snag when the sword intended as Lord Semine's gift goes missing. Your mission is to track down this crucial item. Here's how to find Lord Semine's sword in the "Wedding Crashers" quest.
Finding Lord Semine’s Sword in “Wedding Crashers”
Radovan informs you that the sword, crafted from the Hermit's Sword for Lord Semine, has vanished. Although he doesn't know the thief, he recalls seeing a suspicious figure in yellow lurking around. Your first step is to locate someone wearing yellow.
You'll encounter various individuals in yellow, most of whom deny any involvement. However, some provide useful leads, mentioning they saw a man in yellow heading upstairs in the stable. Upon investigating the stable's upper level, you'll find Hans attempting to charm a woman.

Hans, dressed in yellow, isn't the thief but saw Svatya, the bailiff's son and the bride's brother, take the sword. You can inquire why Svatya stole it, given his soon-to-be familial ties with Lord Semine, or ask what he did with it. Hans advises you to confront Svatya directly, as he didn't witness the sword's disposal.
Confronting Svatya
Finding Svatya is straightforward. Exit the stables and head towards the musicians playing for the wedding guests. Svatya is right next to them, drinking by the stable wall. He's visibly armed, suggesting he might still have the sword.
However, Svatya reveals he's already disposed of the sword, throwing it into the pond to embarrass Old Semine by making it seem like he misplaced his son's gift. His plan was shortsighted, not considering the potential consequences or his father's lack of protection against theft charges.
Getting the Sword

Svatya discarded the sword in the pond. If you danced with Myshka earlier, she'll have shown you the pond. Otherwise, find Radovan and look directly behind him for a door in the fence leading to the pond's edge. Once at the pond, open the door, take a few steps forward, and you'll spot the sword in the water. Retrieve it, and your objective shifts to returning it to Radovan.
Upon returning the sword, Radovan asks about the thief. You can either name Svatya or sidestep the issue since the sword is recovered. Regardless of your choice, with the sword back in hand, the wedding can proceed. Ensure you complete any tasks that must be done before the ceremony, then congratulate the newlyweds and move on to the next main quest.
