Set in the dystopian 2091, Killing Floor 3 pits players (as part of the Nightfall rebel faction) against Horzine Corporation's terrifying bio-engineered monsters, known as ZEDs. These range from traditional zombie-like creatures to unique threats like the terrifying Siren, boasting a cybernetic neck extension and devastating sonic attack.

The Closed Beta trailer showcases a chaotic, overrun research facility, providing close-quarters combat. Players will have access to a diverse arsenal, including firearms, explosive grenade launchers, grappling hooks, futuristic swords, and even environmental hazards like lava traps.
