Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.5 Launches on January 22

Zenless Zone Zero enthusiasts, mark your calendars! Version 1.5 is set to launch on January 22, bringing an exciting array of new content to the game. HoYoverse continues to captivate players with regular updates, introducing fresh characters and gameplay elements that keep the community buzzing with anticipation.

Following the significant updates in Version 1.4, which concluded many of the initial storylines and introduced the much-anticipated Hoshimi Miyabi, HoYoverse has now unveiled details about Version 1.5 through a Special Program livestream. This upcoming version is poised to be a game-changer with the introduction of two new S-Rank Agents.

The first phase of Version 1.5, launching on January 22, will introduce Astra Yao, an Ether Support character. As one of the rarer Ether-based agents alongside Nicole and Zhu Yuan, Astra brings a unique flair to the battlefield with her W-Engine, Elegant Vanity, available for players to pull. The second phase, kicking off on February 12, will feature Evelyn Chevalier, a Fire Attack Agent, accompanied by her limited-time W-Engine, Heartstring Nocturne.

But that's not all Version 1.5 has in store. Players can dive into a new special story that continues the narrative beyond the main storyline concluded in Version 1.4. The S-Rank Bangboo unit Snap will be available, alongside new check-in events and further game optimizations. Existing activities will see evolutions, and fans can look forward to the new Hollow Zero phase, Cleanse Calamity, and the thrilling Arcade game, Mach 25. Additionally, new costumes for Ellen, Nicole, and Astra Yao will be added, allowing players to customize their favorite characters even more.

A highly requested feature is also making its debut in Version 1.5: banner reruns. Similar to HoYoverse's other titles, Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail, Zenless Zone Zero will now offer players the chance to pull for past S-Rank agents. The first phase will feature Ellen Joe and her specific W-Engine, while the second phase will bring back Qingyi and her W-Engine, giving players another opportunity to add these powerful characters to their roster.
