To locate the Swan Gazebo Whimstar, begin at the Bug Catcher's Cabin Warp Spire (southwest of Florawish). Head east towards the shoreline, locating the Swan Gazebo. Follow the stone path to the gazebo. Turn right towards the river; the Whimstar orb will be visible nearby. Approaching it activates the puzzle.
