Rey Dau is the first dragon monster you'll encounter in Monster Hunter Wilds. This creature wields the lightning element, rendering it immune to such attacks. However, it's notably vulnerable to water and ice. The optimal target for your attacks is Rey Dau's head, boasting a 4-star weakness. If hitting the head proves challenging, aim for its wings, which have a 3-star weakness.
Avoid attacking the dragon's torso, as it's particularly resilient. While its legs are also well-protected, targeting the tail can be a viable alternative. For status ailments, almost all are effective except for Stun and Paralysis, given Rey Dau's immunity to lightning-based effects.
Use a Flash Pod

How to Capture Rey Dau in Monster Hunter Wilds
