Jason, a former soldier grappling with his past, finds himself entangled with local drug runners in Leonida Keys. His meeting with Lucia could be the turning point he needs, and he hopes it leads to a brighter future.
Lucia, on the other hand, learned resilience from her father at a young age. Her tough upbringing led to time in Leonida Penitentiary, but upon her release, she's determined to make smarter choices to provide a better life for her mother, as they once dreamed of in Liberty City.
