TouchArcade Rating: Following the pre-installation rollout earlier this week, HoYoverse has globally launched the highly anticipated Genshin Impact (Free) version 5.0 update, titled "Flowers Resplendent on the Sun-Scorched Sojourn," across mobile, PC, and PlayStation platforms. This major update introduces the fiery new nation of Natlan, accessible to players of all levels, along with exciting new characters like Mualani, and highly requested character reruns, including the Raiden Shogun. The initial Genshin Impact 5.0 banner showcases Mualani, Kachina, and Kaedehara Kazuha, while banner 2 features Kinich and the Raiden Shogun. iOS users who pre-installed the update should experience minimal download times, although a brief delay may occur upon login as the game reorganizes existing assets. New players can download Genshin Impact for free on the App Store for iOS here and Google Play for Android here. The PC version is available on the official website here and the Epic Games Store. iOS players using iOS 14.5 or iPadOS 14.5 and later can enjoy Genshin Impact with PS5 and Xbox Series X|S controllers.
