Oni Masks: Abilities & Types

Void Oni Mask: Offers superior mobility. Throw a Void Tear (Shoot button), then teleport to it (Aim button while mask is equipped). Epic variant: 15 uses, 5-second cooldown. Mythic variant: 50 uses.

Fire Oni Mask: Deals significant damage. Launch a guided flame projectile (Fire button) that hits multiple nearby enemies. Deals 100 damage per hit. Epic variant: 8 uses, 8-second cooldown. Mythic variant: 16 uses.
How to Acquire Oni Masks
Several methods exist, with varying degrees of certainty:

Elemental Chests: These chests guarantee an elemental item (including Oni Masks and Boons). Location is random, but named POIs increase your chances.

Demon Warriors: Defeating these enemies (marked by an Oni Mask icon on the map) sometimes yields an Oni Mask (either Void or Fire, depending on what the warrior wields). They may also drop Typhoon Blades and Boons.

Regular Chests: A chance encounter; low probability of finding an Epic rarity Oni Mask.

Purchase from Daigo (Masked Meadows): A guaranteed method. Requires completing all stages of Daigo's Mask Expertise Quests to unlock the purchase option.

Daigo's Hidden Workshop (Masked Meadows): Another guaranteed method. Locate the hidden workshop beneath the building on the north side of Masked Meadows. Loot the machine for both masks.

Defeating Bosses (Mythic Masks Only): For Mythic Oni Masks:
- Mythic Void Oni Mask: Defeat Night Rose at Demon's Dojo.
- Mythic Fire Oni Mask: Defeat Shogun X at Shogun's Arena.
